I performed the Far Cry: Primal GD Graphics Enhancement Mod comparison benchmark using an Intel i7 5820K, MSI NVIDIA GTX 980 Gaming 6G and 16gb RAM memory PC at a 1920x1080 screen resolution. To install the mod simply download it from the NexusMods page and follow the readme.txt instructions. The GDGE graphics enhancement mod primarily provides additional SMAA anti-aliasing to the game which creates a much clearer image than the base anti-aliasing in the Primal as well as injecting a lot more colour into the look of the Oros Valley to create a much more visceral look to the game. A lot of people felt the graphics in Farcry Primal were lacking so we sat down with the GDGE graphics enhancement mod to see how different it looked and what kind of performance hits the mod would bring.
